Shipping policy

Shipping Information

We aim to deliver your order to you within 2–7 working days, depending on your location and order processing time.

General Shipping Policy

  • We deliver anywhere within South Africa.

  • Free shipping on orders over R5 000.

  • A flat shipping fee of R500 applies to orders under R5 000.

  • All prices listed exclude VAT.

International Orders

For international deliveries, please contact us before placing your order at orders@crane-forestry.co.za.

Order Processing & Payment

  • Orders are shipped only after full payment is received (i.e. once the payment reflects in our account if paying via EFT).

  • For urgent orders, please ensure payment is made using Immediate Payment.

Order Cut-off Times

  • Orders placed on weekdays after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays, or over weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
